It is a fact that many Koreans were sent to Japan and were forced to work there, but that is not the case in Utoro District. http://news.chosun.com/site/data/html_dir/2007/09/14/2007091401121.html

"Since the 1950's, Korean illegal immigrants brutally occupied the town...??????????????????????????????" Go read a NON-Japanese history book or newspaper. The Koreans did NOT occupy the town ~ they and their ancestors were FORCED to migrate during the war, in order to build an air base. This would be modern day human trafficking!

These Koreans were not immigrants, they were taken from their homes and forced to work by the military. After Japan lost the war, these people, who were not compensated for their labor, had no money to go home, and had to stay.
